1. Introduction
Welcome to Nexus Club! By subscribing to our membership program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree, do not subscribe.

2. Membership Overview
Nexus Club is a membership program that provides exclusive benefits, including:
- Discounts on yacht charters
- Priority access to special offers
- Exclusive member-only sailing experiences
- Personalized support for planning sailing trips
3. Membership Plans & Pricing
Nexus Club offers two subscription plans:
- Annual Plan: €250 per year (includes a €50 discount compared to the monthly plan)
- Monthly Plan: €25 per month (€300 per year if paid monthly)
4. Membership Benefit Balance
As part of the membership, 50% of the subscription fee is applied towards future trip bookings. This is referred to as the “Membership Benefit Balance.”
Important Notes:
- This balance is not a financial credit, cash balance, or refundable asset.
- The balance can only be applied to future yacht charter bookings.
- It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another person.
- The balance remains valid for 12 months after the last payment. If not used within this period, it expires.
- If a subscription is canceled, any unused balance is forfeited.
5. Order & Payment Process
To join Nexus Club, customers must:
- Select a membership plan (Annual or Monthly)
- Proceed to checkout and enter payment details
- Accept these Terms & Conditions
- Complete the payment
- Receive confirmation via email
Subscription payments are automatically processed based on the selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).
6. Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy
- Cooling-Off Period: You may cancel within 14 days of subscribing for a full refund, provided no membership benefits have been used (e.g., booking discounts or priority access offers).
- After 14 Days: No refunds will be issued, but your membership remains active until the end of the paid period.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Can be canceled at any time, but no partial refunds are given for the current month.
- Annual Subscriptions: Can be canceled at any time, but no refund is provided after the 14-day withdrawal period.
- Membership Benefit Balance Validity: Remains valid for 12 months after the last payment, allowing members time to use their applied funds.
7. Membership Benefits & Restrictions
- Discounts apply only to yacht charter services and cannot be used for ebooks or other products.
- Discounts and benefits may change periodically, but any changes will be communicated in advance.
- Membership does not guarantee availability of trips; bookings remain subject to availability and trip minimums.
8. Communication & Member Updates
- Members receive exclusive offers via email and newsletter.
- Any updates regarding membership, discounts, or policy changes will be communicated via email.
9. Termination of Membership
Nexus Sailing reserves the right to terminate a membership without a refund if a member:
- Violates these Terms & Conditions
- Abuses or misuses membership benefits
- Engages in fraudulent activity
10. Liability & Disclaimer
- Nexus Club provides membership benefits and discounts only; it does not guarantee trip availability or sailing dates.
- Nexus Sailing is not liable for any losses related to unused membership benefits.
- Members are encouraged to review specific charter terms and conditions before booking a trip.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Polish law. Any disputes will first be resolved through mediation. If necessary, legal disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Poland.
12. Amendments & Updates
Nexus Sailing reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions. Changes will be updated on this page, and continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
