My first adventure on a yacht and I am mega happy with it!
🛟 I had the pleasure of sailing with skipper Paweł Kowalczyk. A man full of optimism and joy, at the same time composed, and above all – a professional in what he does. I got all the information on how to prepare for the cruise, what to take with me, what may be unnecessary on the yacht and what to expect.

Do I need previous sailing or yoga experience to join?
No, this retreat is open to all levels! Whether you’re a complete beginner or have experience in yoga or sailing, the sessions and activities will be tailored to your needs.
What type of yoga and movement sessions will be included?
Our instructor blends functional mobility, stretching, strengthening, and breathwork, ensuring a balance between relaxation and activation. Each session is designed to support your body while sailing and enhance overall well-being.
What should I bring with me?
A full packing list will be sent after booking, but essentials include light, comfortable clothing or towel, sunscreen, swimwear, and a spirit of adventure!
A yoga mat will be provided for you.
What is the sleeping arrangement on the yacht?
The yacht has shared cabins (typically for 2 people), and some have private options. Each cabin is cozy, comfortable, and designed for restful nights at sea.
Will I have phone signal and Wi-Fi during the trip?
Most areas will have good signal, while others may be more remote. Wi-Fi is not always available, so we encourage disconnecting and embracing the beauty of being present.
How do I book my spot and what is the cancellation policy?
A deposit secures your place, with full payment required before departure. Cancellation policies vary, and details will be provided upon booking. Outline you can find in out T&C availavble in the footerof the website.
